• Our Title Search Report verifies current ownership and scours official land records for open encumbrances, such as mortgages, liens/judgments and taxes. We summarize our findings within the report and can include current deed(s) and any such encumbrances affecting your property. We can provide 30-, 40-, 50- and 60-year searches, foreclosure searches and more; depending on what requirements you have.
